Democrats now will have 61 senate seats as Minnesota Supreme Court has determined that Norm Coleman was defeated by Al Franken. Arlen Specter was number 60 after he changed parties and now Al Franken is number 61 as republicans appear to be "going out of fashion" bigtime.
